Commercial-Residential Structural Engineering, Inc. was established in Fort Myers, Florida, in 2009. The engineering firm provides commercial, residential, and industrial building design across Southwest Florida. Services also include structural and threshold inspection. CRSE has served clients in both the private and public sectors.
Grant Girtman serves as president and senior project manager for CRSE. He has practiced structural engineering in Southwest Florida since 1997. Grant graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He worked for several engineering firms prior to founding CRSE.
Grant’s design experience includes high-rise and low-rise commercial buildings and residential, medical, and institutional structures. His experience includes the analysis of complex concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures throughout the state. He currently serves as a Structural Specialist for Southwest Florida Urban Search and Rescue Task Force 6.
